Hypnotherapy may just be the supplemental support you need to actualize your weight loss goals and healthy habits for life. My approach with helping clients with their health goals keeps the long term future in mind, so that the goals are achieved and maintained for life. This is not a quick solution or a magic pill. We will work on really connecting to why being healthy is important to you, for now and forever. This can be a beautiful, transformative and emotional process. Working with emotions surrounding our image of our body, our weight and our health is sometimes the missing key. Once those are acknowledged and healed, motivation becomes more natural to maintain our new healthy choices and habits. I use hypnosis to help clients process emotions, build motivation and envision their new healthy self.
I feel very passionate about helping others live a more healthy lifestyle. I have a health condition for which I had to completely change my diet and in the process I experienced a weight loss of 25 pounds. I know what it feels like to adapt to a new lifestyle, the ups and downs of changing eating habits, and most importantly that it is worth it. There is joy in being healthy. I do not push any diet or plan on my clients, that is for them to decide. Everyone's health journey is different, and it is an honor to help someone begin and maintain theirs.
