I first discovered hypnosis during another restless insomniac night. I listened to a hypnosis recording and it was the first time my nervous system felt completely safe. I now know that my insomnia was a symptom of being chronically in fight or flight, which hypnosis guides us out of. Hypnosis cured my insomnia, but gave me much more than that by healing my deregulated nervous system. Today, I help clients achieve the same results. With hypnosis and other meditation techniques that I teach clients, they are able to get their sleep and schedules back in order, which is so important to living a healthy and happy life.
Hypnosis recordings are provided to clients with sleep issues, that they may use to fall asleep.
