"Apaar and Awaken Life Hypnosis are an excellent addition to any self-care regimen. The value was immense and the customer experience is phenomenal!
This was the first hypnotherapist I have ever attended. If you have never been hypnotized, this is a great place to try it out.
Sessions begin with a relaxed conversation about yourself, past and present. That conversation expands into shorter exercises and mini-hypnosis. Then the session culminates in the 'main event' at the end.
The therapist is extremely kind, present, and engaged (super important qualities for this type of work). You will not regret booking a session. I highly, highly recommend it."
"I learned how to create a full parasympathetic response through Acupuncture. It helped to improve several physical complaints. Now I can achieve the same state through hypnotherapy. However I have gained many more benefits that include a more positive psychological state and outlook on life."
One of my favorite parts of giving hypnotherapy is when, after a session, many of my clients claim that they have never felt so relaxed.
They get to experience their body in its natural state, with their nervous system completely regulated in the parasympathetic state. The emotional aspect to this is experiencing what it truly means to feel safe or in control, perhaps for the first time.
Recently, a client shared that hypnosis puts her in a deeper state of relaxation then acupuncture, and that since starting her sessions with me, she no longer needs acupuncture. This is because the release she feels is a combination of relaxation provided by the hypnotic state, along with the therapeutic work we do to release emotions (stored in her body).
Hypnosis, on its own, is a regulatory and beneficial experience for the health of the body and mind. When combined with therapeutic work on specific issues, transformation does occur.
This happens, because the critical and analytical part of our mind decreases in activity, allowing us to experience a nonjudgmental, safe, available space within the mind and body to feel, heal, and release our emotions and thoughts.
