Social anxiety can really limit one’s life, however with hypnotherapy it is possible to overcome it and live life fully. In my sessions, we go deep and uncover root causes, understanding our triggers in social situations. With understanding comes self acceptance and compassion. With self compassion, one begins to nurture a stronger sense of safety and security in themselves. Furthermore, with hypnosis one can strengthen different aspects of themselves and desensitize triggers that could lead to social anxiety.
